C’est un euphémisme que de qualifier l’année 2020 de « particulière ». La crise sanitaire a bouleversé en profondeur non seulement nos modes de vie mais également la situation économique de tous les pays ainsi que leurs échanges commerciaux et industriels. Toutes les organisations, quelle que soit leur taille ou leur type de structure, ont été impactées.

Malgré leur capacité à se transformer au fil des crises, les entreprises de taille intermédiaire (ETI) n’échappent pas au
phénomène. Elles sont près de 6 000 en France, emploient le plus souvent entre 1 000 et 5 000 salariés (250 au minimum) et réalisent un chiffre d’affaires compris entre 50 M€ et 1,5 Md€. Globalement en bonne santé financière*, les ETI françaises disposent néanmoins de marges de manœuvre réduites pour faire face à un environnement particulièrement changeant et plein d’incertitudes.
